Advertiser Data

Process payments for advertising services.
Communicate with Advertisers about their account or campaigns (including updates, reminders, and technical support).

User Data (End-Users)

Deliver relevant ads to targeted audiences based on anonymized demographic and behavioral data.
Measure and report ad performance (e.g., impressions, clicks) to Advertisers.
Improve the Platform's user experience and ad targeting algorithm.
Ensure compliance with our Platform Standards and detect any fraudulent activity.

Note: Buildela does not share personal data or identifiable information of users with Advertisers under any circumstances.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Buildela does not sell personal data to third parties. However, we may share limited, aggregated, or anonymized data with certain third parties to provide and improve our advertising services.

With Advertisers

Aggregated Metrics: We provide Advertisers with non-identifiable, aggregated performance data for their campaigns, such as the number of impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics, without revealing individual users’ personal information.

Advertisers are responsible for securing their account credentials (username and password) and should notify Buildela immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

6. Data Retention

Buildela retains data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The retention period may vary depending on the type of data:

Advertiser Account Data: Retained for as long as the account is active and for legal or accounting purposes after account closure.
Campaign Data: Retained for reporting and analysis for the duration of the campaign and up to 24 months after the campaign ends, unless otherwise required by law.
User Data (End-Users): Anonymized user data is retained for analytics purposes, and no personally identifiable information is stored beyond the interaction with an advertisement.

7. User Privacy and Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers must ensure that their advertising content complies with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

Advertiser URLs

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their URL links direct users to sites that comply with relevant privacy standards and do not violate Buildela’s Platform Standards of quality, relevance, or appropriateness.

Buildela reserves the right to remove campaigns with inappropriate or misleading URLs without notice.

8. Children's Privacy

Buildela does not knowingly collect or allow Advertisers to target ads to children under the age of 18, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. Advertisers must not create campaigns that target minors in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

9. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have certain rights regarding your data, such as:

Right to Access: You can request to see what personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectify: You can ask for corrections to any incorrect data.
Right to Erasure: You may request that we delete your personal data where there is no legal or contractual obligation to retain it.
